The Bridges to Careers in Healthcare program helps adults pursue healthcare careers, even if they don’t feel academically ready for college. In partnership with Workforce Development, Inc., Adult Learning Centers, local colleges, and regional healthcare employers, the program provides skills, credentials, and ongoing support.
Participants start at their local Adult Learning Center to build academic and career foundations, then continue with college courses at Riverland, South Central, Rochester Community and Technical College, or Minnesota State College Southeast—making healthcare careers more accessible and achievable.
